Terms & Conditions For Gift Hampers
General
- All hampers containing Alcohol can only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18.
- The purchaser agrees that goods shall be at its sole risk both ex-warehouse, in transit and whilst in the purchasers possession.
- If an item is unavailable from our suppliers, we will replace it with a similar item of at equal quality and value.
- While we do our utmost to tailor our hampers to your requests, more time may be required to fulfill your order.
- If you would like anything changed within the hampers please call us and we will be happy to attempt to accomodate your needs.
- Our merchandise is ordered in advance and while we make every effort to have stock available of all stock, certain circumstances beyond our control may prevent that from happening.
- For photographic purposes, some products have been featured with additional props. Unless an item is listed, it is not in the Hamper.
- We do not deliver hampers with perishable items enclosed, unless the delivery is in the Shoalhaven area and the recipient will be home when delivery takes place.
Refunds or Cancellations
- Cancellations or Alterations to orders must be made within 12 hours of placing original Order. ** Dependent on when the hamper's required delivery date.**
- Party Essentials will not accept return of goods without prior approval. Refunds are only applicable if the products arrived damaged or faulty.
- All returns must be approved within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please include the Invoice Number and reason for return. Merchandise must be returned with proper packaging and in good condition. Used merchandise is NON-RETURNABLE. Unless there is an error our part, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns.
Delivery Info
- We deliver Australia-wide by Fastway, Australia Post or our own Staff for Deliveries in the local area.
- Deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
- Deliveries are available Saturday 9am-1pm for the Shoalhaven area ONLY.
- No deliveries are made on Weekends or Public Holidays for all deliveries outside the Shoalhaven area.
- It is our policy to delivery the Gift Hamper on your nominated date, however we cannot guarantee delivery on the specified date when deliveries outside the Shoalhaven (South Coast) are conducted by Fastway or Australia Post. We only have their delivery time frames in which to go by.
- A consignment number is assigned for all deliveries being conducted by Fastway or Australia Post which can be used to see how your delivery is progressing.

- We accept Visa & Mastercard. Payments may also be made via Cheque or EFT, however, please note that the goods will not be dispatched until cheques are cleared and EFT payments are vertified.
